We’re excited to announce that R&B Switchgear Group has been named SME Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the Department for Education’s prestigious National Apprenticeship & Skills Awards 2024! 🏆
This is a proud moment for our entire team as we celebrate our second year running the R&B Switchgear Academy programme, which has already made a significant impact on shaping the next generation of skilled professionals. The dedication and passion of our employees, apprentices, and partners have played a crucial role in this achievement, and it’s a testament to the hard work we’ve invested in refining and expanding our Academy. We’re excited to continue building on this success and making the programme even stronger year by year.
Apprenticeships and T Levels: The Cornerstone of Innovation
At R&B Switchgear Group, we believe apprenticeships and T Levels are pivotal—not just for the future of our business but for the industry as a whole. By providing hands-on training and real-world experience, we are nurturing the next wave of innovators and leaders in the field. Our Academy students are at the heart of what we do, and we’re deeply committed to supporting their growth and success.
Over the past two years, we’ve welcomed apprentices from renowned institutions like Hopwood Hall College and The Manchester College, and we’ve been consistently impressed by their eagerness to learn and the fresh perspectives they bring. We can’t wait to see what amazing things they’ll accomplish in their careers!
